even though my “photography class” is pretty much synonymus with hell right now, i’m still working on building up my knowledge of photographers. i was just watching a documentary on Diane Arbus. it describes her feelings about photography, her offbeat subject matter & that interaction with people. she’s an interesting woman, it’s really such a shame that like Francesca Woodman, she struggled with depression & ultimately ended her own life. see more here: http://diane-arbus-photography.com/
